Cobalt brochure

The brief:

Property developers Denbourne Associates approached Sprout to design the sales brochure for Cobalt, a development of luxury flats in Westward Ho! on the coast of Devon.

Solution:

Having created the identity that reflected the seaside location through colour and curves representative of the sea breaking onto a beach and complementing the unique curved design of the elite development, we wanted to continue the feeling of being on the coast in the sales brochure. Adopting a wide landscape format, photography was commissioned to capture the beautiful coastline that is Westward Ho! A tactile, textured cover simulates the feeling of sand to the touch and inside, typography and copy utilised the ‘Ho!’ of the location for headlines that included; new horizons and lose yourself at home.
