Hamilton Acorn
The brief:
The UK’s largest paintbrush manufacturer, Hamilton Acorn, approached Sprout to design a new brand identity for their range of Acorn brushes giving it maximum impact at point-of-sale from other competitors within this already crowded market place.
Solution:
Research led to our decision to create a clear, contemporary identity and accompanying packaging that would allow for high visibility amongst the cluttered designs of competitors brands. We dropped the dated illustration of an acorn and cleverly incorporated into the logotype. A clear naming structure and strong bold colour systems were then introduced to identify the differing brush ranges within the brand whilst allowing for maximum shelf presence.
